We maintain a large inventory of pushrods and other automotive racing products, but occasionally our stock is depleted before the website can be updated. If an on-line order is placed for an item that is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.
CUSTOM PUSHROD ORDERS
Many factors determine the correct custom pushrod to use for your application, so please call, fax, or e-mail us to place an order for custom pushrods. Basic information required at the time of ordering will be, but not limited to, radius of ends, rocker arm and lifter type, open spring pressure, tube diameter, make/model of engine, length and quantity needed. Smith Brothers Pushrods will build the custom pushrods based on the information provided and although we may make suggestions based on our experience, the customer is ultimately responsible to provide the correct information for the order and Smith Brothers Pushrods is in no way responsible for incorrect pushrods unless it is due to a manufacturing error on our part.

Pricing for custom pushrods, as reflected in the current price list, is based on common length pushrods. An extra charge will be applied, in cases where the length is excessive, based on the tubing diameter and wall thickness.
Discounts are offered for quantity purchases. Please inquire at the time of order.
All on-line orders must be paid by credit card.
All phone, fax, or e-mail orders are C.O.D., prepaid, or credit card unless prior arrangements are made. Any account responsible for a returned check will be placed on C.O.D. money order/cashiers check only and will be charged a $40.00 returned check fee. Any business open account with an unpaid balance over 90 days will be placed on C.O.D.
All on-line orders will ship either by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. For expedited shipping options, please call to place your order.
All phone, fax, and e-mailed orders will be shipped via ground service unless another shipping method is specified. The carrier has full responsibility for all merchandise once it leaves our facility. We are not responsible for product replacement if your order is mis-routed and delayed. All damage claims must be reported to the carrier at once.
Free shipping by USPS Priority Mail within the USA is offered for on-line orders only over $99.
Smith Brothers will repair or replace, at our discretion, any item(s) manufactured by our company that is found to be defective in material design or workmanship. The invoice must accompany the merchandise to verify the purchase. We reserve the right to inspect any merchandise returned for misuse, modification or improper installation/application. All merchandise distributed by Smith Brothers is guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturers own terms of warranty. Incidental damage & labor not included in warranty
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Any merchandise returned due to manufacturing defect or shipping error will be corrected at no charge. All orders that are custom built are not returnable. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Our regular business hours are from 7:00AM until 5:00PM (Pacific) Monday through Friday.
