Ordering
When ordering pushrods
many factors determine the correct pushrod to use. Basic information required
at the time of ordering will be, but not limited to, rocker arm and lifter
type, open valve spring pressure, tube diameter you have room for, style of
engine and quantity needed/wanted. Orders can be placed by phone, fax or email.
Our regular business hours are 7:00AM-5:00PM pacific time Monday-Friday.
Terms
All orders are C.O.D. or
credit card unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept MasterCard,
Visa and Discover. Any customers responsible for a returned check will be
placed on C.O.D/CASH. There will be a $15.00 charge for all returned checks.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped UPS
Ground unless another shipping method is specified. We recommend an upgrade to
UPS 3-Day for orders being delivered east of Colorado as Ground service will
take 4 to 5 business days. The carrier has full responsibility for all
merchandise once it leaves our facility. Please report damage or shortages
immediately.
Returns
No returns will be
accepted without prior authorization. Any merchandise returned due to
manufacturing defects/errors or shipping error will be corrected at no charge.
One piece shelf stock pushrods can be returned for credit, exchange or refund
with a restocking fee. Custom pushrods can rarely be returned but will be
handled on an individual basis.
Warranty
Smith Brothers will repair
or replace at our discretion any item manufactured by our company that is found
to be defective in material design or workmanship. The invoice must accompany
the merchandise to verify purchase. We reserve the right to inspect any
merchandise for misuse, abuse modification or improper installation. All
merchandise distributed by Smith Brothers is guaranteed in accordance with the
manufacturers own terms of warranty.
